11 / 30 / 99: A new contributor, Mark Eichler (yes, another "Mark"), comes to the vault this revision with exclusive photos of a new motion picture spacecraft design, the "Skiff" from the movie "Pitch Black". This film is by the same people who brought you "The Arrival" and is due out early next year. We at the Vault would like to thank him for his unique contribution. Thank you Mark!
11 / 29 / 99: Thanks to Mark Dickson the Vault can now present three of the craft operated by the Shadow race on the TV series "Babylon 5", the "Shadow Battle Crab", the "Shadow Fighter" and the "Shadow Scout". 11 / 15 / 99: This revision we find the addition of the ships from Gerry Anderson's "Doppelganger". These consist of the interplanetary probe "Phoenix" and the single stage to orbit lifting body "Dove". There are also two shots of the futuristic cars featured in this film which would later figure prominently in cult classic TV series "UFO". For those of you who don't recognize the title Doppelganger, it may be because it was released in the U.S. under the title "Journey to the far side of the Sun". Once again Mark Dickson has stepped forward to contribute to the Vault and you will find large portions of these pages with his credit listed. Thanks again Mark!
11 / 10 / 99: Mark Dickson has done it again, this time he brings us photos of the "Voyager" from "Star Trek Voyager" and the "Angel Fighter" from Gerry Anderson's "Captain Scarlet". Thanks again Mark!

Also featured are photos of a radio controlled model of the Flying Sub built by Richard Teskey. Thank you for sharing your efforts with us Richard!
9 / 20 / 99: For the past month or so the Vault has been experiencing technical difficulties with the index pages. As it turns out, this was caused by a corrupted image which was being used for the background. As a result of this effort to correct the problem the index has been broken up into three sections, the top index page and two sub indexes representing "Real Hardware" and "Set and Vehicles" respectively. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused anyone and please report further problems to web master Phil Broad at this E-mail link. There are a few new photo collections on the site also. The Vaults correspondent in The Netherlands, Ed Straten, has provided a survey of the diesel submarine HM Tonijn, thank you Ed! The surface-to-air missile Nike Ajax is also now available in the Real Hardware section as well.

This sub belongs to the Barbell class, is the last of the U.S. diesel boats and is the first class built to the "cigar" shape now common to most types of military submarine. The photos of the Blueback were very kindly donated to the Vault by Darryl Williams of Oregon, thank you Darryl!

The Surface to Air Missiles (SAMs) "Rheintochter" and "Wasserfall" as well as the famous "88mm flak cannon" and mini-submarine "Molch".
